I spent four nights here, and the new bedding and fresh towels were delivered each day! the resort is so vast. My family enjoyed the various water slides. it was easy getting around. My kids loved the free bike hire, and the staff was super nice.
queues at the slides, especially during peak hours, got a bit long. a wait of up to thirty minutes for a single slide was common.

The food had so much choice. I appreciated that! i especially liked the on-site burger restaurant and the taj asian restaurant. ice cream, fresh pop corn and candy floss were available all day. it was a treat
i did not like that some rides were not working and some slides were not open. we were not told this ahead of time. the reception was okay but it was not informative upon arrival. the bus to the beach was okay but the sea had some jellyfish

the resort has many pools and slides offering lots of water fun. the variety of food in multiple restaurants was really good, with many options. the luna park provided additional evening entertainment with various rides and games. i found the staff to be helpful and attentive to all needs.
i noticed at times some areas could benefit from more frequent cleaning.
